Under the continuous cooperation between the
General Directorate of Traffic and the other
parties to upgrade the traffic services
presented to the public, rehabilitating and
developing the General Directorate of Traffic
employees job performance, the employees attend
a training course at Toyota training center -
Sitra on Wednesday, June 3rd.
The session was held under the auspices of the
Acting General Director of the General
Directorate of Traffic Sheikh Abdul Rahman bin
Sabah al-Khalifa, who designated the acting
director of the Operations and Traffic Control
Directorate Major Ali Al-Naimi, to launch the
session in the presence of number of officers
and NCOs of General Directorate of Traffic and
the staff of the Inspection Department, the
session included a presentation of the latest
traffic safety means in the vehicle, starting
from the safety belt and its role in alleviating
the infection rates of the traffic accidents as
well as a presentation has been introduced the
functioning of the airbags located in the
vehicle. A selection of safety experts involved
in managing the session at Ibrahim Khalil Kanoo
Toyota and Lexus Agents, and a number of
officials and the company staff.
In this regard, the Acting General Director of
the General Directorate of Traffic Sheikh Abdul
Rahman bin Sabah Al- Khalifa value this kind of
session that is set by Toyota company and its
continuing cooperation with the General
Directorate of Traffic which benefit everyone
saying that it is not the first time the company
organizes such courses qualifying the employees,
stressing that this cooperation reflects the
concept of community partnership and confirms
the principle of that the traffic safety is
everyone's responsibility and is not restricted
by the General Directorate of Traffic, inviting
the other companies for adopting such sessions,
wishing all traffic safety.
